DINGHY SAILING.

Whether racing or simply cruising in open waters there is nothing to compare to the feeling of absolute freedom you get whilst helming a dinghy. Our instructors take immense pleasure from introducing new people to this wonderful sport, and watching them progress through each level.



LEVEL 1. Start sailing. (Two days).

An ideal course for those with little or no experience, a very practical "hands on" two-day experience.

Cost £75.00 (includes log book and certification).


LEVEL 2. Basic skills. (Two days).

A course designed for those who have already completed level 1, introducing you to all the skills needed to enjoy a full days sailing start to finish.

(With a capsize thrown in for good measure)

LEVEL 3. Improving techniques. Four-days (two weekends).

Our aims during this course are to make you a competent safe practical sailor of small open boats, giving you the skills and judgment to make your own seamanlike decisions.

Cost £125.00 (includes log book and certification).


Power Boating


LEVEL1/2. Introduction/basic boat handling. (Two days)

A practical introduction to boat handling and seamanship.

Cost £60.00 (includes log book and certification).


SAFETY BOAT COURSE. Only available to level 2 holders. (Two days).

This course covers the techniques used in providing safety and rescue cover for fleets of dinghies, windsurfers, canoeists and assisting with race management.

Cost £85.00 (includes log book and certification).


ADVANCED POWERBOAT COURSE.

Aims to teach boat handling, seamanship, pilotage and navigation to standards required to drive a planing powerboat safely, by day and night in familiar tidal coastal waters.
